With a commitment to quality and innovation, we are looking for a Pet Knowledge & Collaboration Officer based at the Pet Knowledge Center. Here, you will work with a team of pet experts, creating knowledge and activities for pet owners, providing academic advice, and offering premium pet care services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide academic information and advice regarding pets to employees, customers, and internal departments.
• Train employees and customers on pet care and products.
• Coordinate with organizations, associations, and the marketing department to support pet activities, competitions, and promotions.
• Create educational content or activities, such as articles, videos, and webinars.
• Provide pet care services for customers and executives.

Work Location: Bangkok Office (Sathorn)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Veterinary Medicine / Animal Science / Animal Science.
• Love animals, are enthusiastic, and interested in pet-related work.
• Good command of English in speaking, reading, and writing.
• Good personality, with communication skills and efficient time management.
• Able to drive, holds a driver's license, and can travel upcountry/abroad or work on holidays occasionally.
