R&D Officer for Wet Pet Food (Wet Food Samut Prakan)

1. Plan and control the research and development of new products
2. Implement improvements to existing product quality from start to finish of the process
3. Control and oversee the feasibility of new raw materials or alternatives to improve product quality and price
4. Participate in the design, procurement, and testing of machinery for current and new products
5. Coordinate and prepare registration documents with the Department of Livestock Development, Food and Drug Administration, as well as quality system documents
6. Coordinate with the production department to test new products and improve production processes for better efficiency, as well as evaluate critical points in the production process
7. Respond to customer complaints regarding product quality
8. Provide product advice to the marketing department
9. Manage the team to work efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with regulations

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related fields Experience in pet food will be specially considered At least 4 years of experience in the food industry Good communication skills, planning skills, research, and experimental skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Power Point at a good level Possess scientific and numerical skills with attention to detail Teamwork skills Patient, responsible, and able to learn new things Able to work well under pressure Possess English language skills and understanding
