MANUFACTURING OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Description Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules are achieved.

Plan production activities, manpower, materials and equipment to ensure efficient operations.

Lead and supervise production staff, ensuring compliance with company SOPs, food safety and workplace safety requirements.

Monitor production performance, productivity, wastage and operating costs.

Work closely with QA, Maintenance, Warehouse and other departments to resolve operational issues.

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement measures to improve productivity, quality and cost efficiency.

Ensure proper production records, reports and documentation are maintained.

Support audits and ensure compliance with relevant food safety and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management or a related field will be preferred

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in food manufacturing or FMCG production, with supervisory/management experience.

Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, food safety and manufacturing processes.

Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Experience in production planning, manpower management and continuous improvement.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and support shift operations when required
