KAM E Commerce

We are looking for your talent; we are requesting a KAM E-Commerce for the Mercado libre and Amazon accounts

Functions to perform:

1. Manage and optimize Mercado Libre and Amazon accounts in 1P (Vendor) and 3P (Seller) sales schemes, taking care of assortment, prices, content, stock, profitability, and KPI compliance.
2. Follow up on orders, volume purchase orders, invoicing, logistics, returns, and customer service according to the internal processes of Mercado Libre and Amazon.
3. Coordinate integrations between marketplaces, ERP, and e-commerce tools (catalog, inventories, prices, orders, and reconciliations), detecting failures and proposing improvements.
4. Plan, execute, and measure advertising campaigns in marketplaces (Ads/Sponsored) and support commercial content (titles, product sheets, images, and infographics).
5. Edit and produce short video pieces for product sheets and campaigns, and use AI tools to accelerate analysis, copy, reports, and content production.
6. Report sales, margin, conversion, advertising, and operation indicators; escalate risks and opportunities to the E-commerce Manager.

Knowledge:

1. Mercado Libre (Colecta-Flex-FULL) and Amazon: Seller/Vendor (3P and 1P), catalog, fulfillment (Full/FBA or equivalents), reputation, service metrics, and publishing rules.
2. Internal marketplace processes: customer follow-up, volume purchase orders, order management, cancellations, warranties, and after-sales.
3. Advertising in marketplaces (Ads/Sponsored Products/Brands) and reading ROI, ACOS/TACOS or equivalents.
4. Practical use of generative AI and assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude or equivalents) for analysis, copy, reports, and productivity. Indispensable.
