Operations Specialist- Reconciliation Services

Your tasks

• To participate in UAT and ad-hoc projects.
• Document all configured matching rules, extraction criteria and testing results.
• Execute test cases and provide user testing support for developed user stories.
• Follow up closely and ensure timely closure of all reported bugs.
• Monitor post-production activities and provide BAU support.
• To ensure compliance of ACRS standards and guidelines within the area of responsibilities, where applicable
• Ensure the processes are executed in line with the SOPs of the team and ensure team members understand their roles

Requirements

• 3-5 years relevant knowledge in Operations, Treasury and/or Securities related
• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with various stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex matters and eye for detail and accuracy
• Analytical and process minded, understand processes and workflows from start to end
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply if they have accounting background and hands-on testing and analytical experience, along with a positive attitude and the ability to pick up new knowledge quickly.
