Your mission

As part of our digital transformation and engineering process optimization projects, we are looking for an Electrical Functional Engineer. You will work on the definition, deployment, and evolution of the Capital solution, intended to cover business processes related to the design and manufacturing of electrical and electronic systems and cable harnesses. Acting as an interface between business and technical teams, you will play a key role in analyzing needs, integrating the solution into the existing information system, and supporting users. This position requires a secret defense clearance.

Your role

• Take charge of the definition and deployment of the Capital solution in response to the client's business processes
• Analyze and understand business and functional needs (design, production, industrialization, etc.)
• Write detailed functional specifications
• Guarantee the proper integration of Capital with other information system tools (PLM, ALM, ERP, simulation tools, etc.)
• Identify functional gaps, anomalies, and areas for improvement, and propose appropriate corrective actions
• Collaborate closely with technical and business teams (electrical engineers, system architects, IT teams)
• Monitor and coordinate developments carried out by the team in charge of technical implementation
• Write validation deliverables: test plans, reports, and optimization recommendations
• Contribute to the deployment strategy and support users in change management

Your profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience with electrical and/or electronic engineering solutions in complex industrial environments
• Mastery of at least one E/E solution, ideally the Siemens Capital solution (Logic Designer and Harness Designer modules would be appreciated)
• Ability to formalize and synthesize functional requirements
• Strong skills in systems integration
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Professional English required (minimum B2 level, written and oral)

Would be a plus:

• Knowledge of PLM (Teamcenter, Windchill, etc.), ALM, CAD, and ERP environments
• Experience in deployment or digital transformation projects in an industrial context

You will be required to travel occasionally to our clients for missions in France.
