PLM Implementation & Support Consultant (M/F) (78)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your mission In order to support our growth, we are looking for a PLM Implementation and Support Consultant who will work on digital transformation projects in the aerospace and defense sector. Under the responsibility of a project manager, and within a multidisciplinary team (architects, developers, functional consultants, ...), you will support our clients in the deployment and optimization of PLM solutions adapted to their needs. This position requires a secret defense clearance and is performed entirely on-site (5/5).

Your role

• Provide technical support regarding Teamcenter
• Analyze and resolve level 3 user incidents
• Participate in troubleshooting and log analysis
• Ensure ticket follow-up and communication with business teams
• Participate in corrective and evolutionary maintenance
• Perform parameterization and configuration of the solution
• Contribute to testing, acceptance, and production deployment phases
• Write technical documentation Ensure integration with CAD/ERP tools if necessary

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Your profile

• Master's degree (B+5) in computer science, GEII, generalist engineer, mechanical engineering...
• Minimum 2 years of experience (including apprenticeships)
• Knowledge of the industrial sector
• Good communication
• Analytical mindset, rigor, curiosity
• Good team spirit, good client relations, ability to adapt to different interlocutors
• English (good oral and written level)

You know one or more of the following domains:

• Programming languages: Java, C#, C++, Javascript
• Databases: Oracle, SQL
• Operating systems: Unix, Windows

Would be a plus: knowledge of at least one PLM, MOM, or CAD solution (Teamcenter, Opcenter, Apriso, CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, CREO ...)
