Programmer Analyst - L3 Technical Support (M/F)

YOUR MISSION

To support our growth, we are looking for a Programmer Analyst - Technical Support to join a digital transformation project in an industrial environment.

Reporting to a project manager and integrated into a multidisciplinary team, you will work on maintenance, monitoring, and level 3 application support activities, as well as the deployment and evolution of the Windchill solution.

This position requires a "secret défense" security clearance.

YOUR ROLE

Level 3 technical support

• Analyze logs, code, and databases
• Diagnose and resolve complex production incidents
• Implement workarounds and capitalize on best practices
• Guarantee compliance with SLAs (deadlines and quality of service)
• Gradually take charge of a new Windchill application scope

Operations & Monitoring

• Ensure application monitoring and database tracking
• Participate in deployments, patches, and version upgrades
• Perform testing and maintain technical documentation
• Contribute to the robustness of applications

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher education in IT, systems, or applications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position (including apprenticeships)

Required skills:

• Knowledge of Java (ability to read and analyze code)
• SQL (Oracle)
• Unix environment
• Analytical and diagnostic skills in a production environment
• Experience or interest in support / RUN and complex incident management
• Ability to formalize, document, and share knowledge
• Autonomy, rigor, and a sense of service
• Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Professional English (B2 level)

Preferred skills:

• ITIL knowledge
• Mastery of collaborative tools (Confluence, Jira, Git)
• Knowledge of the Windchill solution
• Understanding of industrial environments and PLM constraints

Training will be provided to allow you to gradually acquire expertise in the Windchill environment and its specificities.

You will be required to travel occasionally to our clients' sites for missions in France.
