RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Mission In order to support our growth, we are looking for a Systems & Networks Administrator (Linux, Unix, Microsoft) (M/F), to work on high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructures within a strategic program in the Defense sector. Under the responsibility of a project manager, within a multidisciplinary team, you will participate in the operation, administration, and evolution of critical Linux environments with high technological value. You will contribute to guaranteeing the performance, availability, and security of the computing infrastructures. This position requires a "secret défense" security clearance and will be carried out on the client site.
Your Role
- Install and configure Linux environments (integration, qualification, production)
- Administer and maintain high-performance computing (HPC) infrastructures
- Ensure the operational and security maintenance of the systems
- Operate and optimize computing clusters as well as associated storage solutions
- Install, configure, and administer supervision and monitoring tools
- Manage operational tasks: maintenance, backups, restorations, and upgrades
- Diagnose and resolve complex incidents to guarantee service availability
- Administer access rights and ensure compliance with security requirements
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure performance
- Automate recurring operations using scripts and automation tools
- Participate in the continuous improvement of Linux and HPC platforms
REQUIRED PROFILE:
Your Profile
- Training in computer science
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Linux systems administration (intermediate profile)
- Good mastery of Linux environments (RedHat, Rocky Linux, CentOS or equivalent)
- Knowledge of scripting and automation (Bash, Python)
- Experience in an HPC environment or on computing clusters would be an asset
- Knowledge of computing schedulers (Slurm) would be appreciated
- Sense of service, rigor, and autonomy
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Very good level of English (both written and spoken)
