RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your mission In order to support our growth, we are looking for an Application Support Consultant to join a digital transformation project in an industrial environment. Under the responsibility of a project manager and integrated into a multidisciplinary team, you will work on maintenance, monitoring, and level 3 application support activities, as well as on the deployment and evolution of the Windchill solution. This position requires a secret defense clearance.
Your role
- Provide technical support to users and analyze incidents
- Participate in the diagnosis and resolution of malfunctions
- Analyze logs, data, and application processes
- Contribute to application deployments and updates
- Perform testing and validate fixes
- Participate in application monitoring and ensure proper functioning
- Write and update technical documentation
- Share knowledge and best practices within the team
REQUIRED PROFILE:
Your profile
- Bac +2 to Bac +5 in computer science (BTS SIO, BUT Informatique, Licence, Master, engineering school)
- Beginners accepted
- First experience (internship, work-study, or job) appreciated
- Basics in Java development
- SQL databases
- Linux/Unix environment appreciated
- Interest in technical analysis and problem-solving
- Good interpersonal skills and team spirit
- Professional English (B2 level)
Would be a plus:
- Knowledge of ITIL, Confluence, Jira, or Git
- Knowledge of the Windchill solution
Training will be provided to allow you to progressively acquire expertise in the Windchill environment and its specificities. You will be required to travel occasionally to our clients for missions in France.
