APPLICATION SUPERVISION CONSULTANT (31) (M/F)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your mission To support our growth, we are looking for an Application Supervision Consultant who will work on digital transformation projects in the aerospace and defense sector. You will join an international team and, under the responsibility of a project manager, work on maintaining the operational conditions of supervision platforms, monitoring critical infrastructures, and improving system availability in demanding industrial application environments. This position requires a "secret défense" security clearance and is performed entirely on-site.

Your role

• Ensure the supervision of infrastructures, servers, networks, applications, and services
• Monitor alerts and analyze incidents to guarantee service availability
• Diagnose malfunctions and contribute to their resolution with technical teams
• Qualify, prioritize, and escalate incidents to the relevant teams
• Ensure ticket follow-up until resolution
• Administer and evolve supervision and monitoring tools
• Develop dashboards, alert thresholds, and performance indicators
• Write and maintain technical documentation as well as operating procedures
• Participate in the continuous improvement of operating and supervision procedures

REQUIRED PROFILE:

Your profile

• Training in systems and networks IT, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, ideally acquired in the industrial sector

Technical skills:

• Operating systems: Unix, Linux, or Windows
• Knowledge of supervision and observability tools: ideally Dynatrace (or Centreon, Zabbix, Grafana, or other)
• Knowledge of log analysis and monitoring solutions: ideally Splunk (or Elastic / ELK, Kibana)
• Good notions of networks and infrastructure
• Use of incident and ticket management tools: ServiceNow, Jira, GLPI or other
• Sensitivity to Cloud environments (Azure, AWS or GCP) appreciated
• English at a professional level (both spoken and written)
• Analytical spirit, rigor, and adaptability
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Sense of service and user orientation
