Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain guest rooms and private areas to high standards
• Assist with personal requests such as luggage handling and garment care
• Serve food and beverages with elegance and proper etiquette
• Communicate effectively with other hotel staff
• Maintain guest confidentiality and privacy
• Ensure guest safety and security throughout their stay
• Uphold professional appearance and behavior at all times

Qualifications:

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training preferred
• At least 2 years experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ability to work under pressure and handle operational challenges efficiently
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Physically fit and able to handle luggage and other guest requests
• Professional grooming and appearance
• Willingness to stay and work in Gili Trawangan.
