Requirements
- Education: LAE, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Business Degree or similar to Sales (Graduated)
- Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in similar positions
- Personnel management (teams of more than 20 people)
- Intermediate English and Excel
- Schedule availability full shift from Monday to Saturday
- Availability to travel
- Availability to relocate

ACTIVITIES:
- Personnel Management
- Management of sales indicators
- Client visits (Sales volume, distribution, Route average, break-even point, visit frequency, as well as customer and consumer satisfaction) identifying market opportunity areas and defining strategies for their solution.
- Problem solving
- Accompaniment and feedback to their work team when opportunity areas arise.
- Communicate sales plans, objectives, and strategies through work meetings with Sales Representatives.
