Your tasks
Pepperwall Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Project Executive to manage full-cycle project execution, contractor coordination, and material supply for commercial and residential interior projects. You will act as the key bridge between architects, interior designers, main contractors, and internal logistics/procurement teams—ensuring fast-track quotations, smooth site deliveries, and strict payment terms adherence.
- Prepare rapid and accurate commercial proposals for incoming inquiries, BOQs, and tenders within 24–48 hours to support project and tender management
- Coordinate daily with site managers, quantity surveyors, and internal logistics teams to track project milestones, update plans, and allocate stock effectively
- Manage variation orders and enforce strict cash on delivery or credit collection terms prior to or upon delivery to ensure payment compliance
- Present Pepperwall’s architectural finishes, wallcoverings, and acoustic solutions to clients while advising on technical specifications to support informed decision-making
- Interpret architectural drawings, elevations, and BOQ schedules to facilitate accurate project execution and coordination
- Apply strong time management skills to meet deadlines in fast-track project environments
- Communicate and negotiate effectively with stakeholders including architects, interior designers, contractors, and internal teams to drive project success
Requirements
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in project execution, sales, or coordination within interior fit-outs or building materials
- Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Interior Design, Business, Marketing, or related fields
