Lease Specialist

About the Role: We are looking for a Lease Specialist to join our Expansion team and support the management of our retail property portfolio

Key Responsibilities Coordinate the preparation of lease contracts and verify their completeness in order to sign a contract Prepare documents related to lease agreements - letters, amendments, corporate guarantees, bank guarantees, prolongations Ensure the implementation of the provisions under the lease agreement Monitor the costs associated with the lease contracts Communicate with business partners and service providers Prepare analyses, financial reports, statements, and presentations to provide the data needed to monitor and improve the implementation of the expansion process

We are looking for a professional who possesses: Previous experience in lease administration, real estate, property management, or a similar role Good understanding of commercial lease agreements and related processes Strong organizational, analytical, and negotiation skills Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Excellent command of English IT skills: MS Office (Advanced knowledge of MS Excel functions), ERP systems Proficiency in preparation of presentations, reports, and analysis
