Tender QS Manager (A1 Building Main Con)

Are you an experienced contracts professional with a strong background in tender management and procurement? Our client, a reputable A1 Main Contractor , is seeking a Tender Manager to join their growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end tendering process for major construction projects.
• Review tender documents, drawings, specifications and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations.
• Develop tender strategies, pricing and commercial submissions in line with project requirements.
• Conduct cost analysis, value engineering and risk assessments during tender preparation.
• Prepare and review tender submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Work closely with the commercial, technical and project teams to ensure competitive and commercially viable bids.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, or related discipline
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in tendering and contract administration, preferably with an A1 main contractor
• Strong knowledge of local building contracts (e.g., PSSCOC, SIA) and tender processes
• Candidates with non-residential building project experience are highly desirable
