Conduct initial candidate screening to assess suitability for job opportunities
Assist with market mapping and research to identify potential talent pools
Reach out to candidates to understand their career interests and availability
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment databases
Support recruitment consultants with ongoing assignments and hiring requirements
