Technical Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager with strong experience in managing enterprise-level applications, ideally on Microsoft stack. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation, capable of bridging business and technical teams, while driving project delivery and system enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technical projects, focusing on C#.NET / Microsoft Stack applications
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Oversee solution design, development, and deployment activities with internal developers and/or vendors.
• Ensure Applications customizations, integrations, and workflows meet business needs.
• Track project milestones, budgets, timelines, and risks; provide timely updates to senior management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, infrastructure, and support teams.
• Lead UAT planning, issue resolution, and change management processes.
• Manage technical documentation and ensure system compliance with organizational standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or relevant
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years of project management experience.
• Proven experience in project management of C#/.NET applications , delivered at least 2 full end-to-end projects.
• Prior background in software engineering focusing on Microsoft technologies (e.g. C#.NET, .NETcore and equivalent) is a must.
• Strong experience managing technical teams and external vendors .
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery models .
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
• Background in software development or technical business analysis.
