Technical Manager (MRT Project, A1 Main Con)

An established A1 main contractor is expanding its engineering leadership team and is seeking a Technical Manager to join their team. This strategic role will lead design coordination initiatives and support the execution of large MRT projects (new/existing) across Singapore.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate C&S design activities for MRT projects, ensuring compliance with project and regulatory requirements.
• Manage design consultants and stakeholders to deliver design submissions on schedule.
• Review design drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate interfaces between C&S, architectural, M&E, geotechnical, and rail systems disciplines.
• Support constructability reviews, value engineering, and design risk management.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve design-related issues during construction.
• Liaise with relevant authorities and ensure compliance with project, quality, and safety standards.

What you will need

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a PE Board recognized university
• Minimum 8 years of relevant C&S design & coordination experience with large scale projects
