What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment
• English

Functions:

• Operational, specialized, and field recruitment.
• Implement talent attraction strategies at different levels.
• Management of recruitment sources (municipal, paid and free job boards, social networks).
• Posting vacancies with creative and segmented content.
• Follow-up and accompaniment of candidates during the selection process.
• Retention strategies to reduce turnover.
• Application of psychometric and technical tests
• Use of Recruitment 3.0, 4.0, and 5.0.
• Follow-up on personnel incidents

Work area:

Atizapán de Zaragoza Estado de México.

Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm.

• Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree
• 3 years of experience
• Age: between 30 and 45 years old
