Executive Specialist in Security, Personal Protection, and Risk Management - (Latin America and the Caribbean)

Job Objective:

We are looking for a professional to lead and implement comprehensive security strategies to ensure the protection of personnel, operations, and assets in the Latin America and Caribbean region, in dynamic and high-risk environments.

Main Functions:

• Develop, implement, and supervise regional-level security strategies, ensuring the protection of personnel, operations, and assets.
• Provide strategic security advisory to senior management, balancing operational continuity with risk mitigation.
• Support and follow up on security initiatives in coordination with local and international teams.
• Ensure the correct execution of security strategies, maintaining constant communication regarding risks, needs, and conditions in the region.
• Design, update, and ensure compliance with security policies and procedures (evacuation, travel restrictions, physical security, training, among others).
• Continuously monitor the security environment, identifying potential threats and adjusting alert levels when necessary.
• Develop and maintain a key contact network that facilitates timely information and operational support.
• Evaluate emerging risks and security challenges to implement preventive actions proactively.
• Execute other functions related to the position, oriented toward the fulfillment of organizational objectives.

Requirements:

• University degree in business administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in security, crisis management, or related fields.
• Proficiency in the English language (indispensable).
• Availability to travel constantly at a national and international level.
• Experience in high-risk environments or complex contexts.
• Valid license and certification for carrying a weapon (according to local regulations).
• Analytical skill for risk assessment and strategic decision-making.
• Ability to handle complex situations under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and intercultural communication skills.
• High level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
• Proficiency in computer tools (Office, email, etc.).
