Traffic and Transport Manager - Automotive Industry

VACANCY | TRAFFIC AND TRANSPORT MANAGER

We are looking for a leader with experience in logistics, transport, and operations management, capable of leading teams, optimizing resources, and ensuring the fulfillment of the area's strategic objectives.

Main responsibilities – Traffic and Transport Manager:

1. Transport operation management Plan, coordinate, and supervise the transport operation, ensuring the availability of resources, compliance with routes, schedules, and requirements established for each service.

1. Service level compliance Monitor the performance of the operation and lead the handling of incidents and contingencies, ensuring service continuity and compliance with established indicators and commitments.

1. Transport provider management Coordinate and evaluate the performance of transport providers, ensuring their responsiveness and compliance with required operational, safety, and quality standards.

1. Operation profitability and efficiency Control the performance and costs of the operation, identifying opportunities for optimization of resources, routes, providers, and processes that contribute to the efficiency and profitability of the service.

1. Client management and relationship Maintain effective communication with clients, following up on their requirements, service level, and incidents, and implementing actions that strengthen satisfaction and the continuity of the commercial relationship.

Required profile:

Completed Bachelor's degree in: Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

Experience: 5 years in MANAGEMENT positions within the logistics, industrial, automotive, or transport sectors.

English: high proficiency for professional interaction.

Availability to travel and attend operations in different locations.

Salary aligned with Management level in the automotive industry.
