Project Control Manager
Aboutthe Role
Takeownership of project controls on a key PUB infrastructure project. The ProjectControl Manager (PCM) works closely with the Project Manager to plan, monitor,and report on project controls, progress measurement, and expenditure — playinga critical role in delivering the project on time, on budget, and tospecification.
KeyResponsibilities
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, progress monitoring, and reporting
- Apply risk management, expenditure control, and change control processes throughout the project lifecycle
- Report Earned Value (EV) measurement of progress across design, procurement, construction, and testing & commissioning
- Ensure project delivery aligns with contractual, financial, and operational requirements
JobRequirements
- At least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in project controls within the construction or engineering industry
- Proficient in project scheduling software, including Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
- Demonstrable experience working in a digital engineering and construction delivery environment
