Your tasks

• Development of new device designs
• Creation of new product designs
• Conducting design gap analysis and implementing improvements based on established guidelines
• Ensure high-quality product design by adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
• Collaborate with R&D on new product development from inception to production.
• Maintain close cooperation with Sales,R&D, PE, NPI, and Suppliers to meet customer design specifications and manufacturing capabilities, and to conduct project and design reviews.
• Design packages in accordance with customer requirements, ensuring compliance with the latest design standards and requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering.
• Proficiency in package design,including relevant knowledge and skill sets,
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in package product design, including tooling design,substrate/assembly, PCB layout design, wafer fabrication, or lead frame manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of CAD software suchas AutoCAD, Cadence Allegro Package Design, or similar tools is preferred.
