PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE – CONDOMINIUM

• Up to $4,100 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonuses
• Working location: West
• Monday to Friday, office hours

Responsibilities: Unit Handover & Defects Management

Conduct inspections of residential units before handover to purchasers

Inspect common areas before handover to the Managing Agent

Monitor and coordinate defects rectification works by contractors

Ensure contractors complete rectification works properly and efficiently

Handle purchaser/tenant complaints, defects and disputes

Provide timely and professional customer service

Oversee the appointed Managing Agent

Monitor the management and maintenance of common property

Ensure proper maintenance of vacant units and sites

Coordinate with contractors, Managing Agents and internal stakeholders

Ensure properties are properly maintained and meet required standards

Requirement: Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management, Project management or relevant

At least 2 years of relevant experience in property management
