Production Supervisor (Semicon) - Up to $7,000

Your tasks

We’re looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead a skilled technician team in a fast-paced capital equipment manufacturing environment. You’ll report to the Senior Manager and drive safe, high-quality, on-time production.

What you’ll do

• Lead your shift to deliver production plans on time and to quality standards
• Plan and allocate resources, track progress, and resolve issues early
• Manage team discipline, recruitment, appraisals, and skills training
• Keep the workplace safe, clean, and organized
• Drive Lean, Kaizen, and 5S improvement projects
• Ensure smooth handovers with other shift supervisors and report shift status to management

Requirements

What you’ll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 5+ years in a technical role in semicon, aviation, or manufacturing
• 3+ years supervising skilled technicians
• Hands-on experience with mechanical/electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Track record in Lean or continuous improvement projects
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (4/3/4/3)
