Product Manager (Semicon Material)

Summary Seeking a Product Manager to support the growth of the Formulated Solutions(FS) business in Singapore.

Manage assigned product lines, partner with commercial and technical teams, and help translate customer needs into product, pricing, pipeline, and roadmap actions.

Key Responsibilities Manage assigned FS product lines, including IC slurries, substrates, pads, SPI, and CMP cleans, based on portfolio priorities.

Drive revenue growth, margin performance, pricing discipline, and pipeline execution for the assigned portfolio.

Lead NPI activities from customer qualification through adoption in partnership with sales, applications, R&D, and TPM teams.

Maintain accurate monthly forecasts and communicate pipeline risks, opportunities, and required actions.

Represent Singapore customer needs in roadmap, lifecycle, and portfolio discussions with global product and business leaders.

Requirement Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, materials science, engineering, business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

5+ years of experience in semiconductor materials, CMP, wet chemistry, product management, applications, business development, or a related role.

Experience working with semiconductor customers and translating customer needs into business and product actions.

Strong business acumen in pricing, margin, forecasting, pipeline management, and cross-functional execution.

Strong communication skills; experience with NPI or customer qualifications is preferred.
