Your tasks

What you’ll do

• Lead a team early in your career. Supervise warehouse staff, run on-the-job training, and make sure processes are followed and data is processed accurately.
• Deliver a high-profile programme. Ensure the programme meets delivery timelines, inventory integrity and documentation standards.
• Manage the numbers. Control material usage, purchases, headcount and overtime so the operation runs cost-effectively.
• Handle customers with confidence. Manage customer complaints and act as a trusted point of contact.
• Make things better. Gather feedback from staff and customers, turn it into process improvements, and document clear work instructions.

Requirements

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners and to balance diplomacy with assertiveness
• A data-driven mindset, making decisions based on facts and metrics and drawing actionable insights from reports
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including Pivot Tables, plus familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, SAP or similar ERP tools
• A positive, team-oriented attitude, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environment
• Attention to detail, plus an analytical and innovative way of thinking
