Inventory Coordinator (6 mths contract)

Location: East Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM (Monday to Friday) Work Type: Full Time

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving all incoming parts from vendors and verifying deliveries against Delivery Orders (DOs) to ensure the correct quantity and that all items are received in good condition
• Verify Delivery Order accuracy against Open Purchase Orders (POs)
• Update the company’s in-house ERP system promptly and accurately before informing end-users of the receipt of parts as specified in the PO. Liaising with vendors on all modification parts are send to correct vendors and return back
• Liaise with vendors to ensure modified parts are sent to the correct vendors for modification and returned upon completion
• Maintain the store and workshop in a clean, safe, and orderly condition in accordance with 5S standards
• Ensure subcontractors comply with established workshop procedures and protocols
• Monitor consumable and expendable stock levels to ensure adequate availability
• Replenish stocks when necessary to prevent shortages and minimize disruption to operations
• Pack sales parts according to customers’ POs and specific requirements
• Coordinate and ensure timely collection by courier services
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a GCE ‘O’ Level certificate or equivalent
• Possess good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, with good written and verbal communication skills
• Relevant working experience in a warehouse, store, inventory, or receiving environment will be an added advantage
• Able to work independently, with a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to work
