Insurance Broker / Broking Manager – Construction, Property & Casualty, Data Centres (Various Openings)

Your tasks

• Advise corporate clients on construction, property & casualty (P&C) and datacentre insurance needs.
• Structure insurance solutions and negotiate coverage, pricing and terms with insurers.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate placements, renewals and policy changes.
• Maintain client relationships and identify opportunities to grow accounts.
• Support claims matters through liaison with clients, insurers and relevant parties.
• Senior candidates will also guide colleagues and contribute to business development.

Requirements

• Relevant commercial insurance broking experience across construction, P&C and datacentres.
• Sound knowledge of policy coverage, placement processes and insurer negotiations.
• Strong client management skills and the ability to handle accounts independently.
• Relevant tertiary or professional insurance qualifications preferred.
