General Description:

We are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to manage day-to-day HR operations, payroll and employee lifecycle activities in Singapore. This is a hands-on generalist role covering onboarding, employee administration, payroll and Employment Pass matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain accurate employee records.
• Handle monthly payroll, including salary, allowances, deductions, CPF and payroll-related matters.
• Manage Employment Pass and work pass applications, renewals and cancellations through MOM.
• Manage end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding, including employment contracts and HR documentation.
• Administer leave, benefits, employee records and other HR-related matters.
• Provide support on employee relations, HR policies and general employee enquiries.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and statutory requirements.
• Prepare HR letters, reports and other HR documentation.
• Support annual statutory requirements such as IR8A and related submissions.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of relevant HR generalist/operations experience in Singapore.
• Hands-on experience in Singapore payroll and Employment Pass administration.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices, CPF and statutory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS/payroll systems is an advantage.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
