FINANCE MANAGER – CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY (REPUTABLE MAINCON)

• Up to $8,000 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonuses
• Working location: Central
• Monday to Friday, office hours
• Over 25 years of reputation in the Construction industry

Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Reporting – Manage AP, AR, GL, fixed assets and month/year-end closing. Prepare management accounts, financial statements and cash-flow reports. Cash Flow & Working Capital – Monitor company and project cash flow, collections, payments and funding needs. Project Finance – Track project revenue, costs, margins and profitability. Work with Project/QS teams on progress claims, subcontractor claims, retention and collections. Budgeting & Cost Control – Prepare budgets/forecasts, analyse variances and identify areas to reduce costs or improve profitability. Audit & Compliance – Ensure proper financial controls and compliance with accounting standards, GST, tax and statutory requirements. Liaise with auditors, tax agents and banks. Banking & Financing – Manage banking facilities and loans, monitor interest costs and evaluate financing/refinancing options. Systems & Process Improvement – Improve finance processes and support ERP/Xero integration and digitalisation. Fixed Assets – Manage the fixed asset register, including additions, disposals, transfers, depreciation and reconciliation. Requirement: Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline; professional qualification such as ACCA or CA Singapore is an advantage.

Possess relevant Finance Manager experience in the Construction industry

Proficient in Chinese to liaise with Chinese speaking counterparts
