Job Summary Industry: US MNC Automotive industry Location: Ang Mo Kio Working hours: 8.00am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) Job Description Facilitate sample analysis of returned products from customers Coordinate technical analysis by cross functional teams Support Quality Engineer in product launch and line sustaining SPC trend, analyze and monitor KPI, suggest improvements and escalate to supervisor, if necessary  Prepare FTQ reports and scrap reports Drive and communicate CAPA for 8D reports for internal and external Support PPAP submission Support Q Plan development and planning Support quality improvement projects.
