Centre Manager (Social Service / Seniors)

Working hours: Mon to Fri 9am-6pm

• Develop new products, processes, standards, or operational plans in support of the organization's overall strategies
• Review, update and improve work processes of programmes and services
• Implement staff induction programme, training and development framework
• Oversee service delivery of the programmes and services in line with the centre's objectives
• Co-develop service strategies and policies for Community-based services with Senior Manager
• Engage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of services
• Provide overall operational leadership and supervision for staff in centre
• Monitor programmes and services expenses to ensure operations are within allocated budgets
• Review programmes to ensure relevance and effectiveness in meeting future needs of clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Social Services or related fields
• Relevant experience in working with elderly clients in community, healthcare, or social service settings
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in programme planning, community engagement, or eldercare services.
• Prior supervisory experience will be an advantage.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and evaluate programmes effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with seniors, volunteers, community partners, and stakeholders.
