Procurement Lead / Santiago

For our important client, we are looking for a Procurement Lead who will be responsible for generating value for the company through strategic sourcing that optimizes costs, decreases risks, and strengthens the efficiency and continuity of the supply chain.

Functions:

• Negotiate framework agreements and long-term contracts for subcontract rates and recurring materials.
• Search for, approve, and develop new supplier alternatives, both local and foreign.
• Create and control the area's KPI dashboard, defining metrics and measuring their impact.
• Directly supervise the work of a team of 3 analysts.
• Redistribute and coordinate the functions of the analyst team.

Requirements:

• Academic background: Ingeniería en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Comercial, or Ingeniería en Logística.
• Between 3 and 5 years of experience in similar positions, ideally in engineering workshops, mining, or industry companies.
• Technical English.
• Intermediate-advanced Excel.
• Class B driver's license.

Technical skills:

• ERP management.
• Accounting knowledge and invoice management.
• Sourcing knowledge.
• Technical management associated with the Purchasing area.
• Management and development of relationships with internal and external clients.

Working conditions:

• Location: Santiago Centro.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday.
• Modality: On-site.
• Contract type: Fixed-term, subsequently indefinite.
