Your tasks
Mandarin speaking E-commerce Specialist (TikTok Shop) - What You'll be Doing:
1. TikTok Shop Operations
- Manage daily TikTok Shop operations, including product listings, product information updates, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates.
- Monitor day-to-day store operations and follow up on issues related to products, orders, inventory, and platform activities.
- Support the optimisation of store processes to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Assist with the setup and execution of TikTok Shop campaigns, Flash Sales, store promotions, and other promotional activities.
2. Creator & Affiliate Management
- Support the recruitment, selection, and management of creators and affiliate partners.
- Manage creator invitations, sample requests and deliveries, collaboration progress, and content publishing follow-ups.
- Track creator performance, including content delivery, sales performance, commissions, and sample conversion.
- Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to support creator collaborations and marketing campaigns.
3. Order & After-sales Operations
- Manage daily TikTok Shop order processing and order status tracking.
- Follow up on order exceptions, cancellations, refunds, returns, and other after-sales issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and internal teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
- Maintain operational records and identify and follow up on order-related issues.
4. Data & Operational Support
- Maintain and organise basic TikTok Shop operational data, including sales, orders, inventory, creator performance, and campaign results.
- Support regular monitoring of store performance and help identify operational issues through data.
- Maintain and update product, inventory, promotional, and creator-related information as required.
5. Cross-platform E-commerce Support
- Support basic operational tasks across Amazon and other e-commerce platforms based on team requirements.
- Assist with order processing, inventory management, disputes, product information maintenance, and other daily operational tasks.
- Act as an operational backup within the e-commerce team during peak periods or team member absences.
- Support other day-to-day e-commerce operational tasks as required by the team.
Requirements
The Skills You'll Need: Mandarin, Previous experience in TikTok Shop, Amazon, e-commerce operations, creator management, or affiliate marketing.
Mandarin speaking E-commerce Specialist (TikTok Shop) - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong interest in TikTok Shop, e-commerce platforms, and social commerce.
- Strong execution skills, attention to detail, and a responsible approach to daily operational tasks.
- Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams, agencies, creators, and external partners.
- Basic data analysis skills and proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills; Mandarin is preferred
- Previous experience in TikTok Shop, Amazon, e-commerce operations, creator management, or affiliate marketing is preferred but not essential.
What we offer
Your New Salary: Up to £35k, depending on experience
