Salary: UP $3500 + Comms (Individual & Store) (Gross $6k++)
Working Hours: Retail Hours (8 days off per month)
The Role:
- Assist customers and provide excellent service throughout their shopping experience.
- Recommend suitable products based on customers' needs and preferences.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Support junior sales staff and promote teamwork within the store.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and attractively according to store standards.
- Maintain good product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Follow store policies, operational procedures, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Assist with daily store operations, including stock replenishment and housekeeping.

- Experience in Luxury retail sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role.
- Willing to go the extra mile for customers
- Friendly and confident personality with good communication skills.
- Passion for customer service and sales and after service sales
- Ability to achieve sales goals and work in a target-driven environment.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
