What You'll Be Doing

✅ Handle inbound calls and respond to customer enquiries professionally ✅ Provide first-level support as part of the helpline team ✅ Record and document customer interactions, feedback, and complaints ✅ Monitor and manage ChatBot operations to ensure smooth customer experience ✅ Escalate issues when necessary

What We're Looking For

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service-oriented mindset
• Comfortable using computers and digital platforms
• Able to work on an activation basis when required
• Prior call centre experience is a plus, but not required
