Boutique Supervisor (High-end Luxury) | UP $7k+ | Town

Salary: UP $4200 + Comms (Individual & Store) (Gross $6k++) Working Hours: Retail Hours (8 days off per month)

The Role: Support the daily operations of the retail store. Assist in achieving store sales targets and performance goals. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience. Lead and support the sales team in their daily activities. Help implement sales, customer engagement, and service improvement initiatives. Monitor store performance and identify opportunities to improve results. Support after-sales service and customer follow-up when required. Ensure products are displayed neatly and the store is well-maintained. Maintain compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Assist with staff coaching, training, and development.

What Are We Looking For? Minimum 3 years of retail experience, including supervisory or senior role within luxury retail Strong leadership, sales, customer service, and store operations experience Sales-driven with good communication and problem-solving skills We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
