Responsibilities and assignmentsMain activities:Act in implementation, evolution, and optimization projects of Oracle NetSuite;Gather, map, and document business processes (AS-IS and TO-BE);Translate business requirements into system configurations and parameterizations;Conduct workshops with stakeholders to understand needs;Act as a bridge between business areas and technical teams;Support the definition of best practices and adherence to the ERP;Support go-live and stabilization strategies;Prepare functional documentation and training materials;Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes.

Requirements and qualificationsRequirements:Completed higher education;Fluent English (reading, writing, and conversation);Experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, preferably with Oracle NetSuite;Experience in ERP implementation or rollout projects;Strong knowledge of corporate processes (finance, accounting, purchasing, sales, or supply chain);Experience in requirements gathering and functional analysis;Experience with functional testing and process validation;Availability for on-site work in the Morumbi - SP region.
