Responsibilities and assignmentsMain activities:

• Receive, check, and monitor purchase requisitions for raw materials, parts, pieces, consumables, and services;
• Perform quotations with suppliers, prepare comparative maps, and support negotiation processes, seeking the best commercial conditions;
• Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire process flow until the delivery of materials, ensuring compliance with agreed deadlines;
• Maintain contact with suppliers for order follow-up, negotiations, and handling of any discrepancies;
• Update supplier, material, and order registrations in internal systems, ensuring the reliability of information;
• Support the supplier qualification process, performing the verification of necessary documentation;
• Assist in the technical and commercial analysis of proposals, contributing to decision-making in acquisitions;
• Monitor area indicators, purchasing controls, and delivery deadlines, contributing to the continuous improvement of processes;
• Act in conjunction with the Engineering, PCP, Warehouse, Finance, and Comércio Exterior areas, ensuring the fulfillment of supply demands;
• Organize and keep updated the documentation for Purchasing and Comércio Exterior processes, ensuring compliance with internal procedures;
• Perform the entry, verification, and monitoring of invoices and other related documents

Requirements and qualificationsRequirements:

• Currently pursuing Higher Education in Administration, Comércio Exterior, Engineering, or related areas.
• Advanced Excel.
• Advanced English.
• Experience in the Purchasing, Supplies, or Comércio Exterior area.
• Analytical, organized, proactive profile with good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Differentials:

• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience in import and export processes, logistics, and purchasing.
• Knowledge of taxes, billing, and fiscal documentation.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and supply area indicators.
