Your tasks:

• Overall responsibility as well as budget responsibility for the areas of quality management and quality assurance
• Strategic orientation, planning, monitoring, and ensuring of QA processes including the collection of key figures in coordination with other specialist disciplines
• Identification and analysis of error sources within the entire process and value chain
• Creation of QA documents such as test planning, derivation and determination of test contents, test methods, as well as the determination of evaluation limits
• Support, consulting, and processing of internal and external complaints, deviations, improvement potentials, as well as definition and monitoring of measures until sustainable effectiveness control
• Operational implementation of measures for quality assurance and further development of the quality standard
• Planning, implementation, and follow-up of internal and external audits
• Responsibility for the successful introduction and certification of new norms and standards
• Conception or participation in the methods of risk assessment and product/process optimization
• Responsibility for testing equipment management
• Internal as well as external group reporting
• Functional and disciplinary leadership responsibility of the quality assurance team as well as employee development

Your profile:

• Technical training or studies in the field of engineering/industrial engineering
• Sound experience in quality management or quality assurance as well as leadership experience
• Strong process understanding, entrepreneurial thinking, and result-oriented way of working
• Teamwork skills, assertiveness, and enjoyment in the leadership and further development of employees
• Business fluent English skills
