OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE (Drilling) - 6 Months Contract

This role supports day to day Ocean, Air and Road Freight operations

Shipment planning consists of Air, LCL, FCL, Breakbulk etc

Haulage arrangements

Customs clearance declaration

Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customer’s shipments

Handling Import and Export shipments & documentation from A to Z

Troubleshooting and attending to customer complaints/disputes/ ministry/ official authority

Ensure all enquirers are responded to within the shortest possible time frame

To obtain pricing and generate complete/competitive quotation base on customer’s requirements

Follow up with customer, overseas agents and overseas offices on quotations/ proposal and negotiate to a closure

Collaborate with Sales and Commercial on maintenance of customers

Monitor billing and ensure timely invoicing

Involvement in ad-hoc duties and assignments may be required from time to time

Relevant Freight Forwarding Experience - Candidates with relevant freight forwarding experience, particularly those with Ocean Freight exposure will be preferred

Singaporeans and Permanent Residents are preferred
Open to fresh graduates and candidates with preferably 2–3 years of relevant working experience
