RECLAMATION WORKER

Responsibilities: Prepare and submit daily operational and dredged material dumping reports to JTC Environmental Consultancy (DHI) and MPA through the respective portals, including coordination of survey data and sample collection requirements. Coordinate with JTC Environmental Consultancy (DHI), SJC and other consultants on weekly, weekend and public holiday inspection and monitoring schedules. Plan and coordinate approved soil filling and sand mining operations, including dumping plans, vessel movements, soil sources and delivery schedules. Coordinate with approved soil suppliers and subcontractors to monitor vessel movements, estimated arrival times, inspections and smooth delivery operations. Monitor approved soil and sand filling progress, including delivery trips, daily survey results, downtime, delays and lagging areas, and implement catch-up plans where required. Prepare and maintain progress records, S-curves, catch-up plans and operational data for project coordination and construction meetings. Monitor and maintain vessel records, including vessel movements, fuel consumption, bunkering requirements, breakdowns and maintenance schedules. Coordinate with vessel/subcontractor teams on bunkering, maintenance, MPA class surveys, PE inspections and pre-mobilization inspections. Prepare RFQs and requisition forms (RF) for material purchases and vessel bunkering requirements. Utilize and monitor the ASVT/AI-based vessel tracking and reporting system, ensuring accurate trip records and AI-generated readings. Manage and monitor the NTB vessel live-tracking system and analyze vessel movement and cycle-time data using Excel and AutoCAD to identify operational inefficiencies and downtime. Prepare daily coordination meeting materials covering project activities, including tide tables and two-week schedule outlooks, and facilitate coordination meetings. Support inspection and documentation processes by opening and closing Inspection Request Forms (IRFs), coordinating inspection and closing reports, and preparing relevant EMMP documentation. Coordinate safety induction and visitor pass arrangements for personnel involved in sand mining operations. Maintain and update operational records, including sand mining, filling, vessel movement, downtime and delay records, and provide regular reports to the management. Requirements: Degree in Engineering, or equivalent. Minimum 4 years of working experience in the construction industry, with experience in reclamation projects Good communication and coordination skills with various stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Able to work in Tuas, 5.5 days work week
