For a well-known industrial company, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Clerk in Shipping & Customs (m/f/d) for the earliest possible starting date.
Your profile:
- Training in the forwarding sector or Industriekaufmann/ -frau
- Knowledge in customs clearance + creation of corresponding documents
- Knowledge in goods issue/shipping/transport
- MS-Office & SAP knowledge
- Good English skills
- Empathic, communicative and organized way of working
Your tasks:
- Planning & processing of worldwide transports for projects
- Conclusion of freight contracts
- Advising specialist departments on all customs and transport-related inquiries
- Coordination between packaging & freight forwarder
- Cross-departmental work
- Shipping documentation
- Conducting freight negotiations and rate purchases in the areas of sea, air and land transport
