WE REQUEST: Logistics Process Engineer. Zone: Toluca, Estado de México Your objective is: To coordinate and direct industrial engineering activities in the material logistics part for the automotive industry. Maintain updated workloads in the systems required by both the client and Penske, layout design (expert use of AutoCAD), and development of adequate logistics processes to maintain an operation with the highest process engineering standards. Design of warehouses and material flows, all based on corporate and client quality systems, with the aim of satisfying the needs of internal and external customers. Ability to interpret data, identify patterns, analyze root causes, and make evidence-based decisions. Client expectations for this position: Database analysis to design applicable processes, layouts, and resources. Perform efficient processes with the aim of achieving productivity. Perform and modify standard work based on workloads. Development and presentation of engineering projects required by the client. Administration of the continuous improvement process and follow-up on implementation plans. Search and development of innovative processes and technology applicable to material logistics in the automotive industry. Implementation and follow-up of engineering changes. Education or experience requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Logistics, Industrial, or related field. Experience: Desirable in the automotive industry or sector, 1 year or more.
