Materials Coordinator

WE REQUEST: Materials Coordinator.

Zone: Toluca, Estado de México

Your objective is:

To be responsible for the supply of material at the plant according to the customer requirements shown in the MGO system, ensuring that all required material arrives at the plant on time, in the right place, and in the right manner, maintaining constant contact with suppliers to update requirements based on changes in the parts request, ensuring the supply covers the critical aspects of the operation. Coordinate transportation means so that the shipment of material arrives punctually at the plant. Coordinate the shipment of material according to its specifications. Maintain direct communication with production personnel for the fulfillment of requirements.

Customer expectations for this position:

• Follow up on material in transit, in coordination with the LLP and suppliers for the transfer of material.
• Monitor inventory levels, carrying out actions to maintain it optimally.
• Provide support and follow-up to initiatives oriented towards the continuous improvement of the operation.
• Regular contact with national and international customers and suppliers.
• Follow-up of suppliers and critical part numbers.

Education or experience requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in International Relations, International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or similar.

Experience: 1 to 2 years in traffic and importation of materials.

English Level: Intermediate or Advanced

WE OFFER

Work scheme: 5 working days with 2 days off

Schedule: From 10:00 to 20:00 hours (with occasional weekend attention).
