A fairytale team in the heart of Melsungen's old town is looking for dedicated support (Receptionist (Hotel))

The Pension Alte Scheune is an accommodation business with 16 rooms in the heart of the fairytale Melsungen old town and offers overnight stays with breakfast only. Awarded four stars, we offer a high level of service for our guests despite a family atmosphere. Our clientele is very mixed and includes business travelers as well as vacationers.

We are looking for a dedicated female or male employee for our team in the areas of reception and service.

Tasks at the reception include receiving guests, accepting bookings, invoicing and guest check-out, as well as telephone and email correspondence.

In the service area, the preparation of the buffet in the morning is among the first tasks. Further duties include managing the buffet, attending to guest requests, clearing and cleaning tables, and cleaning the breakfast and kitchen areas.

A well-groomed appearance, quick comprehension, enjoyment of a service profession, and the ability to interact friendly with people are the most important requirements. Additionally, at least basic knowledge of the English language and flexible availability are important to us. Completed training in hotel management is not mandatory.
