GL Accountant - Logistics

For an international top player within the logistics sector, with a branch in the Niel region, we are looking for a driven GL Accountant to join and strengthen the finance team.

What will your package of tasks look like?

• You take full responsibility for the accounting operations of your assigned entity and ensure correct and timely processing of all financial transactions
• You prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closing reports both internally and at group level
• You perform balance sheet analyses and monthly reconciliations and align accounting and operational processes
• You monitor costs, provisions, and accruals in close cooperation with controlling and local teams
• You actively participate in the annual budgeting process and support the external audit process

What do we expect from you?

• You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in Accountancy or an equivalent level built through relevant work experience
• You already have several years of experience as a GL Accountant and are familiar with balance sheet analysis, closing processes, and reconciliations
• You have knowledge of IFRS and experience with SAP is a great asset
• You are analytically strong, accurate, and never lose sight of the details
• You express yourself fluently in English, both orally and in writing
• You are a true team player who flourishes in an international and multicultural environment
