We are recruiting a host/hostess for our client, for the international research & innovation center.

We offer you: Contract: Full-time CDI (35h/week)

Location: Gif sur Yvette 91190

Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:45 PM, with responsibility for the coffee shop service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM during the Barista's lunch break.

Working days: Monday to Friday

Start date: September 14, 2026

Salary: €1980 gross monthly

A multi-tasking expert, you will manage these missions: Supervision of reception agents,

Management of physical and telephone reception,

Management and control of access as well as badges,

Management of pre-registration and visitor reception,

Management and coordination of meeting rooms,

Logistical support and assistance during events,

Conducting service rounds and ensuring the proper functioning of spaces,

Acting as an interface and facilitating the relationship with users,

Preparation and service of coffee shop areas / barista skills, notably to ensure service during the lunch break.

Profile sought: Proven experience in reception, customer relations, and high-end environments

First experience in team management

Excellent sense of service and good listening skills

Organization, rigor, and priority management

Fluent English (level evaluated during the interview)

Very good interpersonal skills and oral communication

Neat and professional presentation

Mastery of Pack Office
